Splint Acrylic Resin Kit
A high density, extra strong acrylic that is ideal for the fabrication of splints such as TMJ, Gelb, etc. Will not chip, break, or mar easily. Crystal clear so it will not show when worn.
Great Lakes 6 Liter Adjustable Temperature Pressure Pot
Comfortably fits full-size articulators
Large volume pressure pot produces a denser, clearer, stronger acrylic by combining moisture, heat, and pressure at a constant rate. Temperature is preset to approximately 120ºF and manually adjusts to a maximum 160ºF. Solid clad bottom provides even heat distribution. Includes an easy-to-read, built-in pressure gauge and quick-release air valve.

great pics, as an advocate of safety awareness for MMA-Methyl Methacrylate. I recommend wearing 8mm nile gloves ALWAYS. MMA can seap through your skin. vaseline or latex, or those protective hand sprays are not enough. MMA can cause many illnesses. Damage to CNS and more, I have experienced first hand as a prominent TMJ Tech for over 25 years, now can not be exposed to MMA even under mild conditions.
Bill- nice technique and outcome. I like the photography also.
